This acquisition strengthens our local expertise, expands our service portfolio, particularly in building and road construction, and reinforces our commitment to Ghana’s development. All negotiation and legal transfer stages are now complete. We look forward to introducing our first subsidiary to our partners, clients, and the public in the coming weeks.
